Returns Policy
We want you to love your ChapterAndChime order. As all our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, please read our returns policy carefully.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility
Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or offer replacements if your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Items ordered in the wrong size or colour, personalised/custom items, and digital downloads (once accessed) are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@chapterandchime.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
As products are printed on demand, physical returns are not required — we will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EU Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges as products are made to order. A replacement will be arranged for faulty or incorrect items.
